As a Regional Manager Netherlands at Episode, you are the link between the stores in the Netherlands and the Head Office in the Netherlands. You are responsible for managing the stores, their employees, and all operations. You ensure that targets are met, the business strategy is followed, and that a high standard is maintained.
In this role, you will start by managing 4 stores in the Netherlands.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement the business strategies provided by the company and/or Retail Manager
- Ensure all strategies, processes, and procedures are respected
- Oversee all daily store operations within your region
- Recruit, train, and hire employees
- Ensure product presentation, visual merchandising, and customer service meet company quality standards
- Report weekly on the progress of all stores within your region to the Retail Manager
- Prepare and present overviews and action plans for improving store performance
- Address identified areas of improvement
- Ensure achievement of operational retail targets, cost control, and KPIs for your stores
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role within a retail environment (hard requirement)
- Strategic mindset, solution-oriented, responsible, and able to see the bigger picture as well as the details
- Fluent in English (hard requirement)
