Are you an HR professional with a passion for people and international growth?
Episode, the leading name in vintage and second-hand fashion with 16 stores across 6 countries, is looking for an Experienced International HR Employee. Based at our headquarters in Hem, you’ll play a key role in supporting and developing our international HR operations as we continue to expand across Europe.
Your responsibilities
- Managing employee records and employment contracts across our stores in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Denmark, and Norway.
- Advising and supporting managers on HR-related matters.
- Assisting in recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new staff across countries.
- Preparing input for payroll in collaboration with external payroll providers.
- Identifying improvements in HR processes and supporting policy development.
- Applying and monitoring compliance with local labor laws and HR practices in various countries.
What we are looking for
- A completed degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HBO/University level).
- At least 3 years of experience in an independent HR role.
- Familiarity with international HR operations is a strong advantage.
- Fluent in English and Dutch (spoken and written); French or German is a plus.
- A proactive, accurate, and solution-oriented approach.
- You are based in (or willing to commute to) Hem, North Holland.
