Gaia B.V. is a dynamic, international import and export company specializing in second-hand clothing. To strengthen our warehouse team, we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Warehouse Employee.
Are you someone who stays calm under pressure and constantly looks for ways to improve warehouse processes? Then we are looking for you!
Your Role
As a Warehouse Employee, you play a crucial role in our team. You ensure that goods are efficiently processed, prepared, and loaded for shipment. You organize and move goods within the warehouse and help maintain a smooth and error-free workflow. Additionally, you act as a troubleshooter, identifying and solving problems quickly and effectively.

What We Expect from You
- Flexible and motivated – you have a proactive attitude and think in solutions.
- Team player – you enjoy working with colleagues and contribute to a positive work
- Full-time availability – 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM).
- Physically active – you like being on your feet and working with your hands.
- Not afraid to get your hands dirty – you’re hands-on and ready to work.
- Experience in storage and stock management.
- Forklift experience is a plus – or willing to learn.
- Good communication skills – in Dutch or English.
- Responsible and precise – you take ownership of your work and ensure a streamlined process.
- Living in or near Hem (Hoorn area, North Holland).
